Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our body sculpting services. To ensure a smooth and effective experience for all our clients, please take note of the following booking policies: Consultation Requirement: A 15-minute consultation is mandatory before every body sculpting session. This consultation allows us to understand your goals, assess your suitability for the treatment, and address any questions or concerns you may have. New Client Onboarding Consent Forms: New clients must complete the Onboarding Consent forms prior to their scheduled treatment session. These forms include important information about your health history and consent for the treatment. Early Arrival for Form Completion: If you have not completed the Onboarding Consent forms prior to your session, please arrive at least 15-20 minutes early to allow sufficient time for filling out the forms. This ensures that your treatment can start on time and without interruptions. Booking and Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled with at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Remaining Payment: The remaining 50% of the payment is due on the day of your scheduled service. Payment can be made by credit, debit or cash. Refunds: Refunds for completed services will not be provided. If you are unsatisfied with your treatment, please discuss your concerns with us promptly so we can address them. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: We understand that plans may change. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a fee equivalent to the cost of the scheduled service. These policies are designed to enhance your experience and ensure that each client receives the highest quality of care and attention.
